Phenomenon wins two years running Finest Alpaca in Show for age @ 41 months old, plus Senior Champion.

For the second year running Waiheke Phenomenon ET has won the Linley Yeoman Memorial Trophy for Finest Alpaca for Age at the Morrinsville show. Phenomenon ET was a clear winner according to the Sth Island Judge Paul Garland and quoted well that is consistancy two different judges in two consecutive years. Phenomenon won his Class and then also went on to win the Senior Championship against stiff competion. It was the first showing for Waiheke alpaca this season with the Shearing season being extensive and greatly expanded due to higher demand than ever for our Mobile shearing service. 

8 Alpacas were entered at the Morrinsville show with 7 firsts, one second. Nice start for our small team in short fleece. 

We rememeber Linley Yeoman as a lovely, giving and determined Alpaca breeder. We do miss her!!
